Successful Placement of Corporate Bonds by Fintech Company Activitis: Initial Goal Exceeded Several Times Over
On February 20, 2025, fintech company Activitis, together with underwriter "UNIVER Capital," successfully conducted the primary placement of Series "B" corporate bonds. This was executed using a new model for the Ukrainian market – the "delivery of securities against payment" approach.

The uniqueness of this issuance lies in the fact that it was conducted without the so-called "technical placement," establishing a new standard in the Ukrainian capital market.
According to the company, within a single day—February 20, 2025—agreements were signed, bonds were delivered, and settlements were completed with 155 investors.
The issuance was also available to private individuals. The participation of a large number of retail investors in a primary bond offering is unprecedented in the history of the Ukrainian securities market.
The next step involves registration of the issuance with the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) and the deposit of a global certificate by the issuer. These processes will also follow new expedited procedures, and by March 2025, the remaining bonds will become available for purchase on the "PFTS" stock exchange.
Investment Opportunities:
- The nominal yield of the bonds is 20% per annum in UAH, while the effective yield (considering reinvestment) is 21.55% per annum in UAH. This makes them an attractive alternative not only to annual bank deposits but also to one-year government bonds (OVDPs).
- The bonds are available through the "PFTS" stock exchange. To invest, simply contact your broker or the underwriter—investment firm "UNIVER Capital."
