In partnership with Activitis, USAID implements projects aimed at restoring and developing SMEs in Ukraine.

Supported the creation of the WEAGRO online service within the program Development of Non-Banking Financial Tools for Agricultural MSMEs.
USAID Investment
for Business Resilience (IBR)
Supported the eDilo service through the program Access to Factoring Financing for Ukrainian MSMEs for Economic Recovery.
Ukraine Investment Guide:
Recognition at the International Level
The B2B Buy Now Pay Later online services, namely eDilo and WEAGRO, developed by Activitis, were included in the Ukraine Investment Guide (file to be added here), presented by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine at the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2024 in Berlin.
These services allow businesses to purchase goods and services on installment while ensuring sellers receive immediate payment upon contract conclusion.
We are grateful to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, KSE Institute, and partners including KPMG, EY, Deloitte, BDO, and the Tony Blair Institute for creating this large-scale investment guide.
The Ukraine Investment Guide presents Ukraine’s investment potential, including
95 projects with a total investment need of approximately $27 billion USD
We are proud to represent Ukraine in the international investment community, as this is an important opportunity to showcase our country’s potential, present innovative solutions, and attract international investments for the development of Ukraine’s economy.
Additionally, our B2B BNPL service is presented as one of the priority projects for development in Ukraine on the Ukraine Investment Project Portal.

Collaboration for Agricultural Sector Development
The Agri Vision program unites Activitis (with the WEAGRO service), international financial organizations (IFIs), major agricultural holdings (Kernel, MHP, Astarta-Kyiv, Epicenter Agro), and WEAGRO to create effective financial digital solutions for financing small farms.
Key Program Goals:
Support and implementation of modern technologies and practices to increase agricultural production efficiency.
Introduction of agricultural notes as a financial instrument secured by future harvests to attract funding.
Establishing partnerships between Ukrainian and international agricultural holdings, financial institutions, and technology companies for knowledge and resource exchange.
Automation of lending and financing processes by providing funding and connecting buyers and sellers through the WEAGRO platform, including digital scoring, farmer verification, and document flow.
Legal support for the Agri Vision program is provided by EY, while financial, auditing, and ESG consulting is handled by PwC.
Vision Fund: Franchising for Business Development
Activitis and VisionFund Ukraine jointly implement a loan solution that allows aspiring and existing entrepreneurs to obtain financing for launching a new franchise unit based on a pre-analyzed and verified franchise model.

Financing for launching and scaling a business through franchising.
Creation of new jobs and development of the regional economy.
Increasing the number of micro and small enterprises by scaling successful business ideas.
Activitis’ collaboration with international organizations such as USAID, 89 Global, and VisionFund Ukraine promotes the implementation of innovative financial services that help SMEs grow, create new jobs, and ensure sustainable economic development in Ukraine.
