Replenishment of brokerage account
After opening an account, you need to deposit funds. You can do this in your own account on the Univer Capital website in a way convenient for you.
Buying bonds
Once your account is topped up, you can purchase Activitis bonds on the Univer Capital website or by filling out the form below.
Receiving income for repayment
You will receive regular interest payments according to the terms of the issue. At the end of the bond term, the nominal value will be returned to your account.

To become an investor, you need to open a brokerage account. To do this, you will need: passport (ID card or international passport); TIN (tax number); IDP certificate (if available); bank details.
What is the minimum investment amount for purchasing bonds?
The minimum investment amount is from 1 bond, which is approximately 1,000 hryvnias.
Can I buy bonds without prior investment experience?
Yes, corporate bonds are available to all investors, regardless of experience.
