How to become an Activitis investor
Reviewing the prospectus
Detailed information about the bond issue, investment terms, and the company’s financial performance is available in the prospectus. You can review it in the “Documents” section or request it from our underwriter, Univer Capital.
Funding your brokerage account
After opening the account, you need to deposit funds. You can do this in your personal account on the Univer Capital website using the method that’s most convenient for you.
Buying bonds
Once the account is funded, you can purchase Activitis bonds on the Univer Capital website or by filling out the form below.
Receiving income at maturity
You will receive regular interest payments according to the issue terms. At the end of the bond term, the face value will be returned to your account.

What documents are required to become an investor?
To become an investor, you need to open a brokerage account. You will need: a passport (ID card or international passport); taxpayer identification number (TIN); IDP certificate (if applicable); bank account details.
What is the minimum investment amount to buy bonds?
The minimum investment amount is from 1 bond, which is approximately 1,000 hryvnias.
Can I buy bonds without prior investment experience?
Yes, corporate bonds are available to all investors, regardless of experience.
