Kateryna Zhukovska in TOP-50 Most Influential Women in Ukrainian Fintech 2026

Kateryna Zhukovska, Head of the Development, Education and Partnerships Center at Activitis fintech infrastructure, has been included in the "TOP-50 Most Influential Women in Ukrainian Fintech 2026" ranking. The ranking was compiled based on the annual research by the Ukrainian Association of Fintech and Innovative Companies (UAFIC).

For the sixth consecutive year, the research recognizes women whose professional expertise, management decisions, and implemented initiatives contribute to the development of Ukraine's financial technology sector.

Education as a Tool for Fintech Development

One of Kateryna Zhukovska's key areas of work is the development of educational and partnership initiatives. Their goal is to transform the practical expertise of business into knowledge, opportunities, and an environment for the development of students, entrepreneurs, and the professional community.

This year, Activitis Education became an official partner of the Sixth Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen, which took place on August 24 in Kyiv at the initiative of Ukraine's First Lady, Olena Zelenska. The international platform brought together representatives from many countries around the theme of resilience, human potential development, and the search for solutions for the future.

For Activitis Education, participation in the Summit was a continuation of systematic work on developing knowledge, education, and partnerships capable of empowering people and society.

Another example was the "Talent Hubs Map of Ukraine"—a digital platform of the Presidential Fund of Ukraine for Support of Education, Science and Sports, implemented jointly with Activitis Education. It was presented during the national conference "Serpneva 2026."

The platform helps young people find opportunities for education, science, and professional development. Already in its beta version, it has brought together 22 higher education institutions, 58 talent hubs, and 65 specialties across eight thematic clusters.

Such projects combine education, science, and business, creating an environment in which young people can find strong educational programs, teams, and partners to realize their own ideas.

In this context, education becomes not a separate direction, but a strategic tool for developing the fintech ecosystem: it helps form new competencies, promote financial literacy, transfer practical expertise, and create the conditions for the emergence of a new generation of professionals and entrepreneurs.

In parallel, Kateryna works on developing partnerships and new opportunities for business, strengthening interaction between companies, the educational environment, and the fintech ecosystem.
