FC ACTIVITIS LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) invites audit firms to participate in a tender for the selection of audit entities to provide mandatory financial statement audit services for the Company (hereinafter referred to as the Tender).

Audit firms that meet the requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "On Financial Services and Financial Companies," "On Audit of Financial Statements and Auditing Activities," are included in the Register of Audit Firms and Auditors, specifically in the section "Audit entities authorized to conduct mandatory audits of financial statements of public interest entities," are invited to participate in the Tender.
The purpose of the Tender is to select, on a competitive basis, an audit firm to provide the Company with external audit services during 2025 and until May 31, 2026, specifically:
• review of the Company's interim quarterly financial statements;
• mandatory audit of the Company's annual financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025;
• provision of assurance regarding the Company's annual reporting data (for the NBU) for the year ending December 31, 2025.

The final deadline (date and time) for submitting competitive proposals to participate in the tender is May 31, 2025, at 6:00 PM.
Competitive proposals will be reviewed starting the next business day following the final deadline for submission. The review, verification, evaluation, analysis of competitive proposals, and determination of participants who may be recommended to provide external audit services for the Company's financial statements will be conducted by the Company's internal audit service. The appointment of an audit entity to provide mandatory financial statement audit services for FC ACTIVITIS LLC will be approved by a Resolution of the General Meeting of the Company's participants based on the Report on the conclusions of the selection procedure for participants who took part in the tender to provide mandatory financial statement audit services, submitted by the head of the internal audit service within one calendar month after the final date for submission of competitive proposals.
