Shareholder of the fintech company Activitis. A Ukrainian entrepreneur, co-founder of companies that work to develop Ukraine’s economy, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). Born in 1975 in Kyiv, into a family of engineers.

Professional career and entrepreneurial activity. From 1998 to 2005, he was engaged in the renovation of commercial premises and built a network of household and grocery stores.

In 2006, he founded Stolychna Pravova Fundatsiia, a company providing engineering and audit services and overseeing pricing control.

In 2013, together with a partner, Maksym co-founded the financial company Activitis. Within its framework, an entire ecosystem was created, enabling entrepreneurs to receive not only financial support but also access to expert knowledge and resources that contribute to their success.

Later, the company Actinia entered the market, focusing on financial consulting services, the development of card products and digital banks, and the advancement of the fintech sector of Ukraine’s economy.

Activitis. Since 2020, the company has been focused on financing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
