Activitis fintech infrastructure integrates eDilo installment payment service for Glovo business partners in Ukraine
Activitis fintech infrastructure integrates the eDilo service for Glovo business partners in Ukraine. As part of the partnership, partners will gain access to a digital tool that allows them to pay supplier invoices in installments.

For small businesses, this solution arrives at a time when operational stability is particularly important. Ukrainian HoReCa establishments and small retail businesses operate under conditions of war, inflation, unstable demand, and rising costs. According to an analytical center estimate, approximately 400 food service establishments have closed in Kyiv in recent months, of which around 300 were small businesses. At the same time, establishment revenues in 2025 increased by 6% while foot traffic declined by 9%, indicating cost pressure and changing consumer behavior.
One of the key challenges in such conditions is cash flow gaps. A business may have customers, orders, and demand, but lack sufficient funds precisely when it needs to replenish inventory of goods and products, upgrade equipment and renovate premises, as well as cover any other seasonal and operational expenses.

The eDilo service addresses a specific operational need: a business uploads a supplier invoice, the service pays it directly, and the company repays the amount in installments according to a convenient schedule. The entrepreneur does not need to change banks, suppliers, or existing contracts. A decision can be made within 30 minutes, the available limit can reach up to 5 million UAH, and the model operates without collateral or guarantors.
"Ukrainian small businesses today operate in conditions where the speed of a financial decision often determines whether a company can continue operating without interruptions. The partnership with Glovo makes this tool more accessible to restaurants, cafes, and shops," notes Pavlo Matiiash, CEO of Activitis.
Glovo emphasizes that small and medium-sized businesses are an important part of the company's partner ecosystem.
"We see the challenges our partners face daily and strive to provide as many support tools as possible. The partnership with Activitis and the eDilo service opens access to a digital financial tool that can help address the daily operational challenges of business," notes Maryna Pavliuk, General Manager of Glovo in Ukraine.
