Fintech Company Activitis Raises Over UAH 170 Million in Corporate Bonds: Funds to Finance SMEs in Ukraine
Activitis has successfully issued corporate bonds totaling over UAH 170 million—more than half of the planned UAH 300 million issuance.
It is noted that the company will direct the raised capital toward developing Ukraine's first online installment services for businesses, WEAGRO and eDilo, which enable enterprises and farms to buy now and pay later in installments.
Details of the Activitis Bond Issuance:
- Volume: UAH 300 million.
- Type: Corporate bonds with public offering;
- Series: "B";
- Nominal yield: 20% per annum in hryvnia;
- Effective yield: 21.55% per annum in hryvnia (with reinvestment);
- Registration—through broker UNIVER Capital;
- Participation is available for both individuals and legal entities.
Since 2013, Activitis has been developing financial products for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. Among the most well-known are WEAGRO (agricultural installments for farmers), eDilo (installments for businesses), and the educational division Activitis Education.
