Activitis Education once again became an official partner of the Summit<\/strong>, supporting an international platform that brings together the experience of different countries and seeks practical answers to the challenges facing societies around the world today.<\/p>\n\n “A country’s resilience begins with its people. And for us, this is primarily about a person’s ability to develop, think, learn throughout life, take responsibility, and see opportunities even in periods of great uncertainty. That is why at Activitis Education we invest in human capital and support environments where knowledge, strong ideas, and responsible leadership are born. For us, partnership with the Summit is an opportunity to be part of an international conversation about what foundations we are creating for people today and what our shared future will be as a result,”<\/em><\/strong>said Kateryna Zhukovska, Head of the Development and Partnerships Center at Activitis Education.<\/p>\n\n At the opening of the Summit, First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska emphasized: resilience does not mean the absence of pain or fear\u2014it manifests itself in the ability to act despite them.<\/p>\n\n This thesis is especially important for the conversation about the future. After all, a country’s long-term resilience is formed not only by the decisions of state institutions or the availability of resources. It depends on people\u2014on their knowledge, ability to adapt, think critically, create new solutions, and take responsibility. <\/p>\n\n That is why education in this context ceases to be merely a way to obtain a profession or a set of competencies. It becomes one of the basic prerequisites for society’s ability to navigate change and shape new development scenarios. <\/p>\n\n One of the key outcomes of the Summit was the “Global Dictionary of Resilience,”<\/strong> which brought together the experience of 38 countries\u2014their concepts, cultural practices, and models that help societies maintain inner strength during times of trial.<\/p>\n\n The Ukrainian concept in the dictionary was sophianity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n It was defined as a philosophy that combines the will to live, the strength to fight, and the wisdom to learn. It is the ability not simply to react to events, but to comprehend what has been experienced, see reality holistically, and transform gained experience into the foundation for subsequent decisions. <\/p>\n\n In this sense, sophianity speaks not only about how to endure. It speaks about how not to lose the ability to develop after what has been experienced<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n And it is precisely here that knowledge and education take on special significance. They allow us to accumulate experience, pass it on to others, transform individual solutions into systemic practices, and challenges into new competencies. <\/p>\n\n Resilient societies do not emerge at the moment of crisis. Their capacity is formed long before it\u2014in schools and universities, professional communities, businesses, social projects, through a culture of continuous learning and people’s readiness to take responsibility for their own decisions. <\/p>\n\n For Activitis Education<\/strong>, the development of such human capital is one of the key areas of work.<\/p>\n\n The mission of this direction is to form a new culture of applied financial literacy, transforming knowledge into real opportunities for the development of people and business.
